I’ve adopted the 100e2r standard for montykaplan.com. This should make the site more accessible. Feedback?

I managed to update both my site and my CV at the same time yesterday, check it out here. I also added some Google AdSense advertisements to the site, in order to generate revenue to cover hosting and domain registration. Next up would be my photos/art and some writing.
